Memorials

Skirlaugh's War Memorial is located within the grounds of St. Augustine Church on Church Lane. It remembers those who died in the two World Wars.

Two soldier silhouettes were erected by the parish council in 2018, with grant aid from East Riding of Yorkshire Council, to commemorate the end of World War 1. The silhouettes are located on the A165 at the north end of the village, near the clock.
